| Step-by-step guide to pole installation |
| Watch the video and study the following 14 steps pictorial which show you how to go about safely installing the X-Pole in your home. More detailed instructions are also available on the DVD and in the instruction Manual. |

Step 1 - Check the contents
Remove all the parts from the box, lay them out, identify them and check the contents. |
Step 2 - Choose a Pole Dance location
Select a pole location, measure the ceiling height and place the base in postion. |

Step 3 - Choose your extensions
Use the height chart to select any extensions (if required). |
Step 4 - Locate the ceiling joists
Locate the ceiling joists by tapping with a finger or using a stud/joist locator. Put the base in position below the joist or joists you are going to use. |

Step 5 - Fit the extensions to the base (if required)
Attach any extensions to base insert. Extensions always fit at the bottom of the pole smallest first. |
Step 6 - Attach lower main pole.
Screw the lower main pole onto the extension or base insert. Tighten firmly by hand. |

Step 7 - Fit adjuster cover
Slide adjuster cover into position just covering the O-ring. |
Step 8 - Attach the Upper Dome
Slide the upper dome onto adjuster shaft. X-Pole uses a long adjuster shaft with 3 bearings to lock the dome at 90 degrees to the Pole. |

Step 9 - Fit the pole tubes together
Attach upper pole assembly to lower pole. Screw up tightly and hold vertical. |
Step 10 - Tighten Adjuster
Unscrew the adjuster by hand until it is firm against the ceiling. Make sure the upper dome is flat. |

Step 11 - Tighten the tubes
Tighten the pole sections firmly but not over tight. |
Step 12 - Final check
Tighten pole adjuster with spanner or rod until it is really firm. Check for movement and retighten if there is any movement. |

Step 13 - Fit adjuster Cover
Slide the adjuster cover up, press in the two sprung pins and lock in place |
Step 14 - Ready to go!
After a final check for movement X-pole is ready for use. Where ever it"s used X-Pole is up and ready for action in minutes. | | | |

Low Profile Articulating base for uneven floors
X-Pole has a uniquely designed, low profile (flat, not angled, so the dancers feet will not side off), non invasive base, which compensates for uneven floors. Also unique is it"s 3° angle lock which adds to X-Poles stability. |

Static or spinning, easy to convert
X-Poles converts from static to spinning mode in 15 seconds. Simply undo or re-tighten two hidden screws. Spinning units contain a total of 6 ball bearings for maximum stability and durability. |

Extra wide support dome with easy to use height adjuster

| X-Pole is supplied as a complete set including a 60 minute instructional DVD. The set contains all the parts needed to assemble a pole for heights from 2235~2745mm (88”~108”).
With constant product development X-Pole is continually being improved and the lastest Chrome X-Poles are now supplied with 2x carry cases and a tool wallet. One carry case is for the pole tubes and will carry all the extensions you will need for a single pole. The other case, the round one, is for the Upper support and base. This new concept is lighter for transporation and easier to store.
